The role ensures that all marketing and brand materials maintain a cohesive aesthetic while aligning with the company’s strategic vision. In addition to leading concept development, the Creative Art Manager serves as a liaison between the design and digital teams to ensure brand continuity across emails, landing pages, banking app, and social media. They play a key role in elevating creative quality and integrating unified design principles across all platforms. Strong experience in email and digital design is a must.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of related experience
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite
  • Expert-level knowledge in Dreamweaver
  • Strong experience in email and digital ad builders
  • Strong knowledge of project management software, Workfront and Egnyte
  • Strong ability to manage workflows, deadlines, and resource allocation.
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Lead complex design projects and optimization improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Design Leads and Graphic Designers
  • Ensure brand cohesion across both lines of business
  • Works closely with the AVP, Creative Services Director on creative direction for Campaigns and Brand strategy
  • Bridge designs and brand strategy with digital assets
