As a Creative Account Lead, you’ll work alongside a close-knit group of creatives, strategists, producers, and account teammates who care about doing the work well—and doing it together. Day to day, you’ll partner with creative leads and project teams to keep work moving from kickoff through delivery, making sure everyone has what they need and nothing gets lost in the shuffle. You will also lead and mentor junior team members throughout project lifecycles. On the client side, you’ll collaborate with marketing and brand partners who are counting on clear communication, strong follow-through, and creative that meets the moment. You’ll help connect client goals to the right internal experts, keeping timelines realistic, feedback organized, and expectations clear—so the work stays strong and relationships stay steady.
