BIG is seeking a Creatio Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our Creatio practice. In this role, you will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and clients to design, configure, and deliver Creatio-based CRM and process automation solutions. This role is ideal for someone early in their development career who enjoys working with low-code/no-code platforms, learning modern CRM technologies, and contributing to end-to-end solution delivery in a consulting environment.

Requirements

2+ years of experience working with Creatio
Hands-on experience with Creatio configuration, workflows, and business rules
Basic working knowledge of C# and .NET
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Understanding of CRM concepts and customer lifecycle processes
Exposure to system integrations and APIs
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice To Haves

Creatio certification (Developer or Analyst)
Prior consulting or client-facing experience
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Interest in growing toward a senior developer or solution architect path

Responsibilities

Configure and customize Creatio CRM applications using low-code / no-code tools
Build and maintain business processes, workflows, and automation logic in Creatio
Customize UI components, pages, sections, and dashboards
Support development of user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs
Assist with C#/.NET customizations to extend Creatio functionality when required
Support integrations between Creatio and external systems using REST APIs
Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into working solutions
Participate in testing, UAT, and deployment activities
Troubleshoot issues and support post-go-live enhancements
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
Work within an Agile delivery model, participating in sprint ceremonies
Use tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps to track work and progress
