Acting as the primary liaison between the business, technology, internal partners, and external vendors, this position drives operational excellence through advanced and specialized consultative expertise to deliver innovative system capabilities, user and client support, risk management, issue resolution, and process optimization. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, coordinating cross-functional communication, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
