Requirements

Strong skill in carpentry, light electrical, plumbing, and tile
Ability to diagnose issues and execute solutions cleanly and professionally
Clear communication with customers, office staff, and teammates
A clean, presentable, professional appearance
Reliable transportation suitable for tools and light materials
Dependability, punctuality, and pride in your craft

Responsibilities

Handle a variety of home and commercial repair tasks, installs, and small remodeling projects
Work independently and solve problems on-site
Notice details and mention issues respectfully and professionally
Build trust with customers to discuss additional repairs or improvements
Show up on time, prepared, and organized
Take pride in being part of a team
Strive to impress customers
