Requirements

Good overall knowledge of all trades: Carpentry, Drywall Work, General plumbing and electrical work, Flooring
Familiar with building codes
Proper Equipment: Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
Troubleshooting Skills: Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
Excellent Communication Skills
Be Presentable: Clean-Cut appearance Decent looking vehicle/Branded Vehicles Available Organized tools
Punctual and efficient

Responsibilities

Complete all tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner
Communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.
Maintain the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate ability and willingness to EXCEED Customers' expectations.
