About The Position

Ace Handyman Services – Columbus is seeking a skilled, multi-trade Craftsman to support our growing commercial division. This role focuses on repairs, maintenance, and light remodeling work across a variety of trades — not new construction.
This is a W-2 employee position offering steady, year-round work, strong support from our office team, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least 3 trades, such as:
• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Tile
• Drywall & Painting
• General Repairs & Remodeling
• Own professional-grade tools (company vehicle provided)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle full job scope
• Professional communication skills in commercial environments
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Complete a variety of commercial repair and maintenance tasks
• Perform carpentry, drywall repair, and trim work
• Handle basic plumbing and electrical fixes
• Install tile, fixtures, doors, and hardware
• Troubleshoot issues and complete punch lists efficiently
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Identify additional work opportunities on-site
• Manage jobs independently from start to finish
