We are known within the industry for our outstanding employee culture and a business model. DISCLAIMER THIS POSITION IS SEASONAL SPRING - FALL. TENETIVE START DATE FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE APRIL 1, 2026. This is completely dependent on the weather; the position may start a little before or after this date. We are seeking Laborers for our Crack and Seal Crew. In this role you will be responsible for doing asphalt repairs. This position will clean up parking lots and city roads, apply crack seal & seal coat where needed.

Requirements

• Ability to handle physical workload & lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong work ethic & good attitude
• Physically able to work long hours
• Willing and able to work weekends as needed
• Must be able to pass controlled substance tests prior to, and at all times, during employment.
• Must also be able to pass E-Verify verification

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Commercial driver's license is a plus

Responsibilities

• Use a broom
• Use a shovel
• Use a high pressured blower
• Apply Crack Seal
• Apply Seal Coat
• Report any issues or incidents to Foreman
• Keep equipment clean
• Assist crew with cleanup of roads or parking lots
