We are known within the industry for our outstanding employee culture and a business model. DISCLAIMER THIS POSITION IS SEASONAL SPRING - FALL. TENETIVE START DATE FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE APRIL 1, 2026. This is completely dependent on the weather; the position may start a little before or after this date. We are seeking a Laborer for our Asphalt and Grade Crew . In this role you will be responsible for working with our crew to do parking lots and road work.

Requirements

• Ability to handle physical workload & lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong work ethic & good attitude
• Willing to work long hours during seal coat season
• Must be able to pass controlled substance tests prior to, and at all times, during employment.
• Must be able to pass E-Verify verification.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with paving, grade, and or asphalt is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing job site
• Help setting up equipment
• Maintain a clean job site by sweeping, moving materials, etc.
• Preform manual labor tasks such as digging and racking
• Any other tasked assigned by Foreman or Supervisor
• Report any issues or incidents to leadership
