About The Position

Vital Medical Staffing is looking for dependable, CPI Certified LPNs to join our PRN team. This role is a strong fit for nurses who are flexible, steady under pressure, and understand how important it is to step in when facilities need immediate support. Many of our shifts come up unexpectedly due to call-outs or urgent staffing needs, so being willing and able to pick up last-minute shifts is a key part of this position. As a PRN LPN with our team, you'll play a critical role in keeping patient care safe and consistent when facilities need help the most. Your responsiveness and reliability directly impact patient safety, staff support, and overall continuity of care. Facilities rely on PRN nurses during urgent situations, and our LPNs make a real difference during those moments. Being willing to pick up last-minute shifts helps ensure patients continue receiving safe, timely care and prevents staff burnout at the facility level. If you understand the importance of flexibility and stepping in when needed, this role was made for you. If you're an LPN who shows up, stays calm in challenging situations, and genuinely cares about patient safety - especially during last-minute staffing needs - we'd love to talk with you. As part of our commitment to providing a safe and secure environment, we conduct background checks and drug screenings on all prospective employees.
