About The Position

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with current clients while identifying and acquiring new clients. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and materials. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote our products. Educate customers and retailers about our products, including features and benefits. Partner with lead broker for account selection. Position reports to CEO Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven sales experience in the CPG industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as needed. Requirements
