About The Position
A well-established public accounting firm is seeking an experienced CPA or EA to join their team as a Tax Manager / Senior Accountant. This leadership-focused role will oversee client engagements, mentor accounting staff, and help drive firm growth while delivering high-quality tax and accounting services. Requirements
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Active CPA or EA certification required
- Strong experience in tax preparation and review
- Proven ability to manage client relationships
- Leadership experience mentoring or supervising staff
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
