About The Position

A well-established public accounting firm is seeking an experienced CPA or EA to join their team as a Tax Manager / Senior Accountant. This leadership-focused role will oversee client engagements, mentor accounting staff, and help drive firm growth while delivering high-quality tax and accounting services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Active CPA or EA certification required
• Strong experience in tax preparation and review
• Proven ability to manage client relationships
• Leadership experience mentoring or supervising staff
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and review tax engagements for individuals and businesses
• Oversee accounting and tax preparation processes
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to accounting staff
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships
• Identify opportunities to expand services and grow client accounts
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of client deliverables
• Support firm growth through networking and business development
