The Opportunity As a leader in our Outsourced Accounting Department, you will serve as a strategic CFO-level advisor to mid-sized organizations. You will operate at the executive level, partnering directly with CEOs, ownership groups, and Boards of Directors while helping grow and mentor our internal team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required
  • Active CPA license required
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
  • Experience working with organizations generating $50M+ in annual revenue
  • Proven C-suite and Board-level presentation experience
  • Strong executive presence and business acumen
  • A clear desire to become a shareholder within the firm required
