The Coverage Coordinator is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules and ensuring effective shift coverage to meet client needs. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous scheduling experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and shift assignments to optimize caregiver utilization
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts using sound judgment
- Foster strong relationships with clients and caregivers to support effective communication and collaboration
