About The Position

The Cart Attendant, also known as a Courtesy Clerk, supports the Operations Department by performing various essential duties for the store. This includes maintaining clean and properly located carts, assisting customers with questions or concerns during their shift, and aiding sales associates, stock workers, and other store employees.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Successful performance requires vision abilities that include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service.
- Ensure carts are available and in working conditions.
- Assist customers with carryout.
- Clean front areas.
- Clean any spills throughout the store.
- Assist with go-backs and support cashiers as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
