JOB SUMMARY: The Cart Attendant's role is to assist and support the Operations Department -- by performing a wide number of important duties for the store. Maintaining carts clean and in the proper location. Assisting customers with questions or concerns during a normal shift. Aiding sales associates, stock workers, and other store employees.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service.
- Ensure carts are available and in working conditions.
- Assist customers with carryout.
- Clean front areas.
- Clean any spills throughout the store.
- Assist with go-backs and support cashiers as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
