Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license (chauffeur license may be required depending on location)
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with a diverse group of customers
• Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive a bus for prolonged periods
• Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Nice To Haves

• Previous professional driving experience preferred
• 6 months customer service experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Transport customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and the rental car facility
• Greet customers
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage
• Communicate route information and next steps in the rental process
• Ensure each ride is comfortable and welcoming
• Follow all safety procedures and driving standards
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service throughout the journey
