We are looking for someone who can perform nightly rounds of our entire apartment community, The Vistas Apartment Homes in Laughlin, Nevada; including, but not limited to, the residences, the common areas, the parking lots, and the perimeter.

Requirements

Driver's license and car insurance may be required.
Be able to work Thursday - Sunday; 5pm - 2am.
Walking up and down stairs to check on apartments and deliver notices.
Lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Making rounds throughout the community, both inside and around, enforcing community policies.
Nightly rounds should be made to check for any unusual occurrences.
Reporting all occurrences on the property to the Property Manager or direct supervisor.
Reporting any lights out, sprinkler problems, hazards, or damage throughout the community on a regular and timely basis.
Preferably replacing or fixing the problems, but if unable, must submit a list each morning.
Handle all disturbances such as noise problems, parking problems, or lockouts.
Check on apartments when residents are out of town. Do not allow newspapers to accumulate at the door during absence.
Deliver notices and newsletters on a timely basis.
Check clubhouse, office, and vacancies nightly to ensure all doors, windows and other entrances are securely locked.
During swimming season, police pools and spas for proper swimming attire, closing hours, and non-residents.
Perform additional duties, responsibilities or projects as assigned.
Always represent the company in a professional manner.
