This position coordinates program activities in accordance with established guidelines and rules, requiring ongoing problem-solving while supporting the daily operations of the statewide Court Interpreter Certification and Regulation Program (CICRP). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and effectively manages multiple priorities. Strong telephone and email communication skills are essential. This role operates with minimal supervision and calls for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys contributing to and supporting a team of four professionals. Responsibilities include handling confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment and discretion. Travel is required, and experience with databases is preferred. Examples of work performed include, but are not limited to, the following: Processes a variety of applications, including verifying eligibility and generating confirmation letters and examination results. Collects and inputs data for statistical reports; maintains automated office systems, databases, and a comprehensive filing system. Assists in CICRP budget preparation and projections; monitors and processes monthly expenditures; completes purchasing card transactions; obtains bids; and prepares purchase requisitions. Orders supplies, maintains inventory of property and supplies, and serves as the official property custodian for the CICRP. Books and coordinates travel and meeting arrangements for CICRP staff; audits invoices and travel reimbursement requests.Provides information to court personnel and the public via telephone and email communications. May serve as a test proctor and/or provide administrative support during oral exam administrations and/or orientation workshops.
