Court Liaison
About The Position
The court liaison is responsible for maintaining tracking and logging all patients who were admitted to the facility involuntarily or whose legal statuses change throughout the course of care. The court liaison manages all legal paperwork and deadlines and collaborates with OAG to ensure timely submissions for filing. The court liaison facilitates private meetings between the patient and their court-appointed attorney and carries out other legal tasks as needed, including providing medical records to attorneys, corresponding with the Department of Behavioral Health, or assisting with participation in court proceedings. The court liaison will also provide administrative support to the Director of Clinical Services, including but not limited to special projects, data tracking, and data entry.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills required
- Excellent organizational skills required

- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- 1yr minimum related work experience preferred
