We are looking for compassionate and skilled individuals to bring additional expertise and experience to our team. Use your therapeutic skills to watch the growth of patients and make a lasting impact. Position Summary: This position will be located at the Skagit County Court House. As a Court-Based Behavioral Coordinator you will collaborate with multidisciplinary court staff the Fairfax Outpatient Programs to connect individuals with our Intensive Outpatient program. In the role, you will use your clinical assessment skills to determine appropriate levels of care, navigate insurance needs, coordinate referrals, and help students smoothly transition to programming. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and work under the guidance of a Licensed Social Worker/Licensed Mental Health Counselor to meet all regulatory standards and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, Master’s degree preferred.
  • 2 years post-Bachelor’s experience in a psychiatric health care setting preferred, not required.
  • Direct experience with crisis intervention, case conceptualization, and or care coordination strongly preferred.
  • Agency Affiliated licensure required (can be obtained upon hire).
  • CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation certifications within 30 days of hire.
  • Travel between Fairfax locations is required.
