About The Position

COURSE COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST The Course Compliance Specialist supports the integrity and accessibility of WebCE's educational offerings by ensuring they meet regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational accuracy and timeliness in course approvals, helping to uphold the company's reputation for reliability and compliance. Through close coordination with internal teams and attention to regulatory detail, the position contributes to the seamless delivery of approved content to customers in a highly regulated industry. Requirements

• 1+ year of full-time experience in a customer support or administrative role.
• Understanding of relevant laws, rules, and regulations
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated knowledge of industry practices and regulatory environments.
• Completion of some college coursework, which may substitute for equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and submits complete and accurate filing documentation to applicable regulatory agencies.
• Processes renewals through instant filing systems, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
• Formats instructional materials in accordance with regulator-specific guidelines and submission standards.
• Oversees the assignment and management of offering numbers in jurisdictions where required.
• Establishes and maintains records to support ongoing compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure content accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Communicates proactively and effectively with leadership to identify, escalate, and resolve compliance-related issues.
