About The Position

Tentamus North America is seeking a Courier to join the team at Nova Biologicals in Conroe, Texas. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations both on the road and within the laboratory. The Courier will report to the Laboratory Manager and be responsible for regular interaction with the Nova Biologicals team and clients, performing daily pick-ups and deliveries, and assisting the Courier/Maintenance Technician as needed. Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States, indefinitely, without restrictions or sponsorship.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Current and valid driver's license issued in the state of operation (Texas), including a clean driving record with no DUI or major moving violations / accidents.
Fundamental understanding of technology.
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, drive for extended periods, stand for long hours, and perform physical tasks.

Nice To Haves

Two years of professional driving experience.
Basic knowledge of concepts and practices of a testing laboratory.

Responsibilities

Drive the company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained through regular inspections, including checking tire pressure, performing oil changes, and refilling gasoline as needed.
Promptly report and document any safety incidents or issues to maintain a high standard of operational safety.
Participate in daily pick-ups and deliveries of samples and supplies, ensure accurate travel assignment documentation, load and unload cargo, and meet strict deadlines.
Understand the sample flow from Client to testing to results.
Assist Quarterly in Colilert-18 sample receipt minimum of two Saturdays as.
Maintain safety and security procedures in compliance with company policies.
Perform routine facility and equipment maintenance tasks as assigned.
