About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Coupa Analyst to join our team for a project focused on the build-out for Skyline. This role involves implementing a new workflow approval hierarchy and standardizing processing for vendors, categories, and invoices. Additionally, you will be tasked with building a new delegation of approval (DOA) matrix.

Requirements

• Experience in Coupa implementation and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, specifically with pivot tables and vlookups.

Nice To Haves

• Over 3 years of experience working with Coupa is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design workflows for the Coupa build-out project over a two-week period.
• Install and implement new processes for vendor, category, and invoice standardization within two weeks.
• Develop and establish a new workflow approval hierarchy.
• Create and implement a new DOA matrix.
