DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position is responsible for managing the existing Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) to ensure compliance with the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines and system performance measures. Additional duties to include, but not limited to the following: Assists in monitoring performance and data quality control plans to identify where improvement is needed and improve report accuracy. Assists with analyzing annual performance reports for submission to HUD when added support is needed. Provides HMIS technical support to ensure that the needs of system end-users are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Telework: No telework for the first six (6) months of employment. After an employee has completed six (6) months of employment and have regular status, there may be opportunities for hybrid work, per the program offices' hybrid schedule.
