Requirements

7-10+ years of experience in United Kingdom in an execution-focused role in operations or expansion teams, preferably at a B2B Saas company
Deep experience in Canadian HR, payroll and benefits experience
Demonstrated project management skills working with multiple complex interdependent workstreams and organizing internal and external teams against tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and partners.

Nice To Haves

Experience understanding legal processes and regulations is a plus
Specific experience in Canadian employer-of-record (EOR) and international products is a plus
