Countertop Installer - CA
About The Position
Leading a team that will be installing countertops. The Senior installer is responsible for ensuring that the install is complete and correct per the plans. They are responsible for communicating any issue or questions to the Site Manager or Regional Manager, balancing workload at the site and assigning daily activities as needed to get a complete install. In addition to installing countertops, at the end of installation, work to finish trimming and detailing the house. Avoid back charges, it is critical all jobs must be installed on time. Maintain work schedule Installer’s report to work job site as directed by Site Manager. Prior notification is required in the event you are unable to show up for work at the designated time and place.
Requirements
- Must be experienced and familiar with hand and power tools used for the purpose of installing countertops.
- Able to read countertop layouts.
- Ability to work and supervise a team.
- Load and unload material/tools.
- Jobsite setup and organization.
- Performs other duties as required.
- 4 years minimum of hands on working as a countertop installer
