Countertop Installer / Helper (Laminate & Solid Surface)
About The Position
We are a fast-growing company seeking a full-time Countertop Installer and/or Helper to join our installation team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow in the countertop installation trade. Installation Technician – Position Summary The primary responsibility of this role is to assist Lead Installers with the installation of laminate and solid surface countertops. Candidates must have basic industry knowledge, prior hands-on experience preferred, and be comfortable using power tools in a jobsite environment.
Requirements
- Basic industry knowledge
- Prior hands-on experience preferred
- Comfortable using power tools in a jobsite environment
- Ability to lift, grasp, and carry countertops and/or materials weighing up to 75 lbs
- Basic experience using power tools
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
