About The Position

Are you a hands-on fabricator who takes pride in clean seams, tight measurements, and quality work? We’re hiring an Experienced or Semi-Experienced Countertop Fabricator to join our growing shop. You’ll work primarily with solid surface materials (Corian and similar) fabricating custom countertops from start to finish.
⚠️ This is NOT an entry-level position.
If you’ve worked in a fabrication shop, cabinet shop, millwork shop, or similar environment—and know your way around tools—we want to talk to you.

Requirements

• Prior countertop fabrication or related shop experience (woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, stone, solid surface, etc.)
• Comfortable lifting and carrying materials up to 75 lbs
• Strong measuring, math, and layout skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious

Nice To Haves

• Solid surface (Corian) experience
• Seam work, sanding, polishing, or finishing experience
• CNC or templating experience
• Semi-experienced candidates will be trained — you must already have shop experience.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and finish solid surface countertops and custom components
• Operate shop equipment and power/hand tools safely and efficiently
• Read and work from shop drawings, templates, and measurements
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, quality, and craftsmanship
• Work as part of a team to hit production deadlines

Benefits

• $18.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-time, steady work — not seasonal
• 9 paid holidays after 90 days
