About The Position

We’re not looking for beginners.
We’re looking for a fabricator who cares about quality.
If you take pride in tight seams, clean finishes, and building tops the right way the first time you’ll fit in here.
We are a growing, established solid surface fabrication shop seeking an Experienced or Semi-Experienced Countertop Fabricator for long-term employment. This is steady, year-round shop work not seasonal and not temporary.

Requirements

• Previous fabrication experience in: Countertops Cabinet shops Millwork Woodworking Solid surface or stone shops
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and shop drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• This is NOT an entry-level position.
• If you’ve never worked in a fabrication shop before, this is not the right fit.

Nice To Haves

• Solid surface (Corian) experience
• Seam work and invisible seam finishing
• Sanding, polishing, and final finish work
• CNC experience (if applicable)
• Installation experience (not required but valued)
• Semi-experienced candidates will be trained but you must already understand shop workflow and tools.

Responsibilities

• Fabricating solid surface countertops
• Building custom components from drawings and templates
• Cutting, seaming
• Operating shop tools and equipment safely
• Working with a team to meet production deadlines
• Maintaining high quality control standards
