About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 07 The Role: Counterparty Analyst The Team: The S&P Networks group offers best-in-class technology and industry best practices to manage risk, comply with regulations and assistance to industry participants with meeting their regulatory requirements. Our Networks solutions create a single source of the truth, with information about customers and vendors that is accurate and up to date. We provide extensive risk and compliance management coverage, allowing firms to reduce costs, reuse information and streamline processes with improved technology. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in either Dallas, TX or Andover, MA office
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software platforms and technologies
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles, account management, or customer success functions
  • Right to Work Requirements: This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client requests across regulatory compliance projects, ensuring timely delivery of all client deliverables while maintaining quality standards
  • Lead client communications and relationship management, including conducting progress meetings, presenting project updates, and addressing stakeholder concerns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to identify process gaps and implement solutions that streamline regulatory compliance workflows
  • Develop expertise in proprietary S&P Networks products while partnering with clients to understand their evolving regulatory requirements and business needs
  • Navigate complex client engagements to strategize and implement new compliance workflows, gaining exposure to diverse financial services operations
  • Foster long-term client relationships and contribute to business development opportunities within the growing regulatory technology space
