About The Position
Agilix Solutions is seeking a Counter Sales professional for our Jonesboro, AR branch. This individual will be the “go-to” resource for expertise and knowledge of all product lines, responsible for managing direct customer relationships at our retail counter, and processing of orders in the business system. This role will report to the Branch Manager.
Requirements
- Comfortable working directly with customers.
- Working knowledge of electrical construction products.
- The ability to sell complimentary products to fill customer needs.
- Ability to multi-task and change direction on a moment’s notice.
- Strong follow-up and follow through skills with face-to-face customers.
Responsibilities
- Servicing our walk-in customers at the sales counter.
- Servicing any other customer accounts that may be assigned to you.
- Providing telephone support for counter customers who call in.
- Keeping an accurate accounting of counter order paperwork and petty cash.
- Merchandising efforts at the counter, for example, products displayed, promotional materials and programs, etc.
- Various warehouse responsibilities as needed.
