About The Position

Counter Sales/Inside Sales Representative/Salesperson required to join a leading HVAC Supplier. Counter Sales/Inside Sales Representative/Salesperson will be responsible for handling customer needs, processing orders, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth sales process across face-to-face, phone, and email interactions. An ideal Counter Sales/Inside Sales Representative/Salesperson will be customer-focused, highly organised, and capable of managing sales transactions while maintaining positive dealer and client relationships. Package & Location: $40,000 - $55,000 + performance incentives Training and career development programs provided Based in Pompano & Doral, FL

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or order management (HVAC knowledge preferred)
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment/products and ability to explain technical information clearly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and database applications
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and face-to-face) with ability to manage high-volume customer traffic

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email interactions
• Support sales growth by maintaining accounts and communicating product launches, promotions, and services
• Execute all aspects of the sales function, including order processing, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes, and delivery schedules
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing accurate product and technical information
• Assist with warranties, returns, and problem resolution in collaboration with the Branch Manager
