Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the oil and gas or industrial sector
Previous experience in a team lead, supervisor, or training role strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to build rapport with customers and team members
Proficiency with inventory/sales systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Customer-first attitude and commitment to service excellence

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of oilfield or industrial equipment is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in-person and over the phone with a professional and helpful attitude
Provide accurate pricing and generate timely, detailed quotations
Process sales and invoices efficiently and accurately
Answer product, service, and availability inquiries with confidence and accuracy
Assist with inventory organization and validation to ensure product availability
Monitor service quality and response time to meet or exceed customer expectations
Train and mentor team members on best practices, system use, and customer engagement
Promote a customer-first mindset and foster a positive, service-oriented culture
Collaborate with other departments on inventory, risk/opportunity assessment, and process improvement
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and company goals
