Position Summary: We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Indiana, PA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products, placing orders, and offering product knowledge to ensure an excellent experience.

Requirements

Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (paint or home improvement industry a plus).
Willingness to gain knowledge of products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using basic computer and POS systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional service.
Assist with product selection based on customer needs.
Process sales transactions accurately.
Maintain product knowledge to answer questions and provide recommendations.
Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the counter area is clean and well-presented.
Support inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
Collaborate with team members and support store operations as needed.
Must be able to step in and make deliveries as needed as this is critical for the success of the business.
