The Counter Sales/Warehouse position is a key face-to-face contact for customers, responsible for generating sales, providing courteous service, and handling customer orders and inquiries. This role also involves receiving material, maintaining showroom and warehouse organization, preparing orders, shipping products, and supporting other branches to ensure consistent service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders on the trade counter or by phone
• Receive and handle warehouse material
• Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships
• Assist with customer deliveries as needed
• Maintain showroom and warehouse organization
• Prepare orders
• Ship products
• Support other branches to ensure consistent service across the CES network
