We are currently seeking an experienced Counter Sales Associate to fill a full-time position.

Requirements

Computer skills are required.
Ability to prioritize.
Possess both time management and organizational skills.
Building material sales and customer service experience.
Desire to continually learn new products and services.
Be a team player and effectively communicate with management and co-workers.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Bis Track is a plus.
Prior industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service that includes greeting customers, guiding them through the showroom, and demonstrating multiple product lines.
Assist with inventory and stock maintenance.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both via telephone and in-person.
Ensure that both homeowners and contractors obtain the correct materials.
Work directly with both inside and outside sales teams and assist design staff.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products and services.
