The Opportunity- We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our Contractor Services Team. This role is ideal for someone with retail or sales experience who is ready to take the next step into a professional, growth-oriented environment. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of responsibilities
Professional, dependable, and career-minded
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Nice To Haves

Experience in remodeling, construction, or home improvement is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Process and manage customer orders from start to finish
Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding availability, timelines, and deliveries
Coordinate shipping and receiving efforts and monitor logistics
Complete sales transactions through accurate data entry, product verification, and payment collection
Provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email
Support warehouse operations as needed, including shipping, receiving, and inventory assistance.
