About The Position

Counter-Intelligence & Human Intelligence Instructor The Opportunity: As a trainer, you’re passionate about delivering differentiated instruction in exciting ways. As a trainer on our team, you’ll provide in person instruction for our clients. You’ll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. Be empowered to tap into your technical experience to manage and deliver training using the instructional system design process to create learning objectives, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learners' needs. Use training materials and technology to cultivate a learning environment that actively promotes learner engagement. Your skills will ensure that we deliver the best quality of instruction. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a counter-intelligence and human support professional supporting the Marine Corps
  • 3+ years of experience conducting instruction at a formal learning center
  • Knowledge of multiple instructional methodologies that simulate real world scenarios in the counter-intelligence and human intelligence field
  • Ability to manage and provide oversight of a classroom
  • Ability to utilize various forms of instructional techniques to include verbal and computer instruction as well as the utilization
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite of tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience teaching at Marine Corps Intelligence School
  • Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
