About The Position

We are opening our Huntsville location and looking for talented team members to start with us in early February! WHO WE ARE // Barracuda is a neighborhood taco stand & margarita garden, offering outdoor dining and takeout, serving high quality tacos on fresh tortillas. THE JOB // As a member of the team you provide our customers an exceptional, consistent experience by implementing Barracuda's standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness. Every member of our team works to create an environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity. We are hiring Counter/Bar and Support roles for both AM and PM shifts. Barracuda Huntsville will be open seven days a week: Opening Hours are 9am--9pm; Operating Hours are 6am--11pm.

Requirements

  • MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER
  • Personable and enjoys working with customers and a diverse team
  • Personal interest and enthusiasm for food and proactive hospitality
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift)
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ pounds) and work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold

Responsibilities

  • Complete tasks efficiently and within expected timeframes
  • Ensure proper storage and rotation of products
  • Minimize waste and maximize usage by following recipes and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation daily
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently
  • Practice proactive hospitality and attention to detail in service
  • Know the menu thoroughly, including ingredients, preparation, and allergens
  • Listen to customer feedback and strive to exceed expectations
  • Embody Barracuda’s culture, vision, and values
  • Communicate effectively with teammates and support collaboration
  • Be responsive to feedback and work to resolve issues quickly
