Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic mathematical skills
- Must obtain LA gaming license
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, pull, and carry heavy boxes throughout duration of shift.
- Excel both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights.
- Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.
Nice To Haves
- six months to one year of Count Team experience preferred but not required.
- 10-Key calculator experience a plus!
Responsibilities
- Collect cash and ticket cassettes from slot machines and monies from table game drop boxes.
- Transport all collected boxes to the Count Room.
- Signs out keys for count and drop duties to ensure key control procedures are followed.
- Accurately counts table drops and reconciles paperwork to the system reports for table transactions.
- Responsible for operating currency counters, adding machines, and other auditing functions.
- Completes daily maintenance of all count room equipment as well as cleaning of count room.
- Ensures company assets are properly accounted for and secured.
