As a Count Team Member, you will be responsible for collecting cash and ticket cassettes from slot machines and monies from table game drop boxes, transporting them to the Count Room, and accurately counting table drops. This role involves operating currency counters, adding machines, and performing other auditing functions, as well as daily maintenance of count room equipment. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must obtain LA gaming license
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, pull, and carry heavy boxes throughout duration of shift
- Excel both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
- Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
Nice To Haves
- Six months to one year of Count Team experience
- Basic mathematical skills
- 10-Key calculator experience
Responsibilities
- Collect cash and ticket cassettes from slot machines and monies from table game drop boxes.
- Transport all collected boxes to the Count Room.
- Signs out keys for count and drop duties to ensure key control procedures are followed.
- Accurately counts table drops and reconciles paperwork to the system reports for table transactions.
- Responsible for operating currency counters, adding machines, and other auditing functions.
- Completes daily maintenance of all count room equipment as well as cleaning of count room.
- Ensures company assets are properly accounted for and secured.
