SUMMARY: The Count Room Team Member counts and verifies the contents of all drops from bill-acceptors and table games. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures compliance with company standards and gaming regulations. Remove bill validator drop boxes from slot machines and replace with empty boxes. Load dropped bill validator boxes on cart and transport to the count room. Verify cash revenue bags from non-gaming outlets and record any discrepancies. Trace and match fills/credit slips from table game drop boxes to the Master Game Summary Report and document any discrepancies. Must be able to operate a G&D Machine Empty table game drop boxes individually and in numerical order. Remove and fill cassettes from the NRT (kiosk) machines. Must be available for scheduled work. Must exhibit the Family Style Service model at all times. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent required. One year or more years related experience in a casino, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
