About The Position

The Count Team Member counts monies from bill validators (slot machines), all Table Game boxes, and non-gaming retail areas.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Count Team Member counts monies from bill validators (slot machines), all Table Game boxes, and non-gaming retail areas.
Sorts, counts and records contents of bill changers and 'blind drop' bags, according to set procedures.
Responsible for daily reports, minor equipment repairs and maintenance.
Ensures adherence to all departmental and company policies and procedures, all internal controls, and MS Gaming regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum two (2) years' experience in count operations
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry 25 pounds
• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned area.
• Must be able to stand for the majority of assigned shift.
• Must be able to acquire a MS Gaming license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
