About The Position

Position: Before & After-School Child Care Leader Locations: Multiple school sites across the Greater Richmond area Hours: Weekdays - program times vary by school district What You'll Do: Create fun, engaging activities that help kids grow and thrive Support youth development through structured play, learning, and leadership Supervise and inspire a group of awesome school-age children Be a trusted mentor and a daily highlight in a child's life What We're Looking For: A positive attitude and a passion for working with kids Reliability, creativity, and energy to spare Must be 18 with high school diploma or GED 6 months of experience is required but your enthusiasm matters most!
