Community Service Foundation: Our Story Community Service Foundation (CSF) are dedicated to providing education, counseling, foster care and other services to help young people and their families to grow and change through restorative practices. What does a Counselor do? As a Part-Time Restorative Reporting Center Counselor at Community Service Foundation, you’ll engage with youth on a daily basis, providing guidance, support, and encouragement in an onsite setting. Your typical day will involve conducting individual and group sessions, implementing tailored educational strategies, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. You’ll collaborate with fellow counselors and educators to create comprehensive plans that address each client’s unique needs. Your schedule will primarily be during weeknights from 3 PM to 8 PM, allowing you to connect with youth after school hours when they most need support. Expect to participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to continually enhance your skills and stay aligned with our mission.
