About The Position
The CIT program is designed to give 15, 16 and 17 year old former College Settlement campers the opportunity to familiarize themselves with staff roles and develop their leadership skills. CITs help supervise campers, facilitate activities, manage camper conflicts, and generally assist counselors in preparation for joining the staff here at College Settlement.
