About The Position

Provides assessment, diagnostic, individual, group and family therapy services to patients treated on an outpatient basis. Job Description: Formulates individual patient treatment plans and completes all required documentation. Systematically and continually assesses the patient's mental status in collaboration with the patient/family/providers. Provides outpatient individual, group, and family counseling.
