LSSI is hiring a full-time Counselor Case Manager Monday through Friday from 10:00am - 6:00pm. Responsible for providing whole-person services to clients participating in the Kenmore Residential Rehabilitation Program, including 1:1 sessions, case management assistance, and the presentation of evidence-based group programming. Assist clients in achieving their stated goals and objectives, collaborating with other internal and external treatment professionals. Benefits and Perks: LSSI is growing! Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check clearance required.
CADC or must obtain CADC within 18 months of hire date.
Annual TB test required.
Biohazard training required.
On-site, in person required.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Kenmore Residential Rehabilitation team members, other LSSl programs, and external partners in order to provide quality, whole-person care and services to clients.
Maintain a caseload of five (5) to eight (8) clients.
Present weekly groups, founded in evidence-based practices.
Provide weekly 1:1 counseling to each client on assigned caseload.
Provide case management services, including appropriate linkages and referrals.
Provide support coverage to Kenmore Healthy Start Recovery Home clients, as needed.
Ensure all documentation is complete in a timely manner.
Meet productivity requirements identified by LSSI.
Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics.
Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
